Baby pulled alive from the rubble in Italy earthquake rescue operation
A seven-month-old baby was pulled alive from rubble by Ischia rescue teams after an earthquake hit the Italian holiday island. Pictures show the infant covered in dust and with an oxygen mask being held over its face as a team of police and medics carry it out of the destroyed building. Italian officials said the earthquake, which hit just before 9pm local time, killed at least two people and injured around 40 others. The baby was one of a handful of people pulled out alive from rubble.
